Jose Guidino brings a strong international background in both player development and professional competition, having studied with the Peruvian Football Federation and U.S. Soccer. Through these programs, he developed a solid foundation in coaching methodology, session planning, and holistic player development.

He began his coaching career with FTA, HAP, and S.H. Strikers, experiences that played a key role in shaping his coaching identity and philosophy. Jose’s approach is centered on transferring his experience as a former professional player to each athlete, equipping them with the tools to make confident and effective decisions in real game situations.

Jose places a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and attention to detail, believing these values are essential to maximizing physical, technical, tactical, and mental performance—both on and off the field. He is deeply committed to the integral development of the player, focusing not only on athletic growth but also on character, leadership, confidence, and a competitive mindset.
