Introduction to Soccer Through Play

The Cubs Program at Excellence Soccer Touch (EST) is designed specifically for our youngest players. Through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, children are introduced to soccer in a positive and nurturing environment.

At this stage, the focus is on movement, coordination, listening skills, and social development — all while building confidence and a love for the game.

Development Focus

• Gross motor coordination
• Balance and agility
• Listening and following instructions
• Basic dribbling and ball familiarity
• Social interaction and group participation

Program Structure

Monthly Payment Plan
The Cubs Program operates on a monthly payment structure to provide families with flexibility while ensuring consistent weekly training.

Five-Month Commitment
A minimum five-month commitment is required. This promotes routine, accountability, and meaningful developmental progress for each child.

Automatic Monthly Renewal
After the initial five-month commitment, enrollment continues on a month-to-month basis unless written cancellation notice is submitted at least 30 days in advance.

Annual Registration Fee – $60
A one-time $60 annual registration fee is required per player. This fee includes an official EST program t-shirt and supports administrative and operational costs.

Make-Up Policy

If a player is unable to attend their scheduled session:

• An email must be sent at least 24 hours prior to the missed class.
• All make-up classes must be approved in advance.
• Make-ups are subject to space availability.
• Players may not attend another session without prior confirmation.

Please note that make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on staffing and program structure.

Year-Round Programming

EST operates year-round to provide continuous development opportunities. Players benefit most from consistent training over time rather than seasonal participation.
