Striker/Defensive Midfielder
COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Started in 2018 at SFL Club. Acted as a coach providing guidance and training young players. Developed training programs to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding. Mentored and motivated players to reach their full potential. Created a positive and supportive team environment, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
SOCCER EXPERIENCE:
Played for various soccer clubs over the years. One of the clubs is US Parma where I played as a defensive midfielder. Controlling the midfield, effectively distributing the ball and initiating attacking plays. Worked closely with teammates to maintain a solid defensive line and counter-attack when opportunities arose.
Played as a striker for the varsity soccer team at Roselle Park high school. Was in varsity all 4 years, was the top score of my class. Led the team's offensive line, demonstrating excellent positioning and movement off the ball.

Alex Constante is an Ecuadorian soccer coach. His love and passion for the sport led him into coaching in 2016.

Defensive Midfielder/Defender
Dylan De Leon started her coaching career with Excellence Soccer Touch in 2022 as an assistant. With a passion for the beautiful game and a commitment to player development, Dylan brings a wealth of playing experience. She is dedicated to helping install the love and passion for the game among younger players.
SOCCER EXPERIENCE
Currently a senior at Leonia High School. Was a starting varsity player all four years as a right back. Often responsible for organizing the defensive line providing instructions to teammates, especially in situations where the team is under pressure.

COACH
Luis Huarcaya, a passionate soccer coach, brings a wealth of experience from his time as a varsity player in West Orange High School and collegiate athlete with CCM Titans. After dedicating his life to coaching, he spent five years with SFL Club, a year with Kearny FC, and is now honored to be part of Excellence Soccer Touch coaching staff. Luis’s love for the game and commitment to developing young talent make him a valuable asset in shaping the future of soccer.
