Our programs set in a fun, non-competitive environment that offers soccer program for kids ages 2 and up. Dynamic coaches will work with small groups of children to develop skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment.

Summer Training

U8-U16

EST SUMMER TRAINING, LEAGUES OR TOURNAMENTS

Our Summer Program is a supplemental program that will not clash with any players current team or normal season commitments. The program is designed to give players a summer season to keep sharp and continue to train in a competitive environment over the summer.

All Players will be trained under the Excellence Soccer Touch Philosophy by highly qualified Coaches like coach GIo.

  • 2016 to 2006 Teams will train once a week. Sessions will be 1 hour and 30 minutes

  • All Training sessions will take place between 5:30pm to 8:30pm

  • The Program will run for 7 weeks. June 19th to August 7th

  • Training days will be Mondays or Wednesdays. Time slots are to be confirmed!

  • 2 Tournaments. Dates “TBD” or Summer League

  • Training only option is available. This is open to players who only train with their age group, but they will not take part in games.

  • Practice uniform and game uniform need to be purchased through Coach “GIo”

Excellence Soccer Touch professional 1-on-1 private soccer training for individual technique is the perfect supplement to team training and match play and will enable young players to effectively and efficiently perform a specific soccer task or specific soccer movement.

Excellence Soccer Touch professional coaches will mentor and teach all players through an individual development plan with realistic goals and objectives.

OFF-SEASON

TRAINING

The Club neutral program that welcomes players from different institutions to train under a rigorous and competitive environment, so players can push each other to become a well-rounded player in all aspects of the game.

This program is offered to players that want to use the winter and summer time to train and compete with equal-minded players.

In order to be part of our off-season teams all players must attend an evaluation practice session.

in-SEASON

TRAINING

The program will focus on practices to work on other aspects of the game, such as team communication, tactical awareness, and mental toughness. By incorporating a variety of drills and activities into your extra practices, you can help your team improve all aspects of their game.

By doing extra soccer practices while training with players from different soccer institutions.

Excellence Soccer Touch offers supplemental training once a week throughout the Fall and Spring season.

Small Group Training

U6-U16

Small group training allows the participants to receive a high level of feedback from the coach, much like in an individual session, but with the added value of now having to perform under the pressure delivered by opponents. The skills a player develops are only as good as he/she can perform them while under pressure. That is the essence of the game and why so many players fail to achieve the next level; they are unable to deal with the increased amounts of pressure from opponents.

In the small group training environment, each player gets an increased number of touches during the hour-long training session. This leads to an increase in the intensity level and gives each player in the group more touches than they would have in a traditional 90-minute team training session. Players will find after training in the small group environment they will have improved their technical proficiency with the ball, have an increased speed of play and thought, improved their tactical awareness and overall soccer IQ, and most importantly as a culmination have increased confidence in their playing abilities.

conditioning

TRAINING

Strength & Conditioning workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics. This gives all athletes the flexibility to jump into a program to increase intensity or spend time focusing on weaknesses without compromising their main goal.

Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads, and grandparents alike.

All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:

‍A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
